what are some areas in Texas similar to Little 5 Points in Atlanta?

I am looking for cool concert venues that aren’t too big. Little 5 Points is where the hipsters hang in Atlanta. It’s a place for vegans and vegetarians, druggies, vintage stores, indie music, breakdancing, etc.
